As one of the foremost U.S. fans of Inspector Morse and a friend of Colin Dexter’s, Patricia Buchannan put pen to paper to write a poetic tribute to the thirteen novels. In addition she produced poems – sometimes funny, often sad – to some of Colin’s characters as well as the author himself.
